“Just an FYI – I was deer hunting this weekend near Twisp and discovered that the Methow is now open again for steelheading. It’s been closed to steelheading since 1999 (or earlier?). I neglected to bring my rod, but had I known it was open I would have. The river is in absolutely perfect condition and I saw quite a few fly fishermen working the water. Anyway, if any of you steelheaders are heading up into the Okanagon to hunt, bring your rod. ^^Cliff”
