                                Am I correct in assuming that most of these beautiful scenes are of seasonal ponds that contain no fish? Or are they more substantial than they seem?

                                At any rate, I’d like to visit some of these areas for myself, the photographs are inspiring. Once again, thanks for sharing.

                                  Most of the lakes in those shots have fish. You don’t just have to look at big lakes when you do your trip planning.

                                    For many, high lakes have a magical power that draws upon ones soul, I am no exception. My photography of the high land and of the emerald waters comes from within I think, thus I search for the meaningful shot. And always, the fishing rod is near…

                                        My buddie and I set up our cameras as we noticed the nice light show behind us as we finished up dinner. I captured it at several different stages but this is my favorite. Stiched together 4 pictures to make this…..I have no need to carry wide angle lenses with the software today.
