I’ve finally got the survey form functional. Registration is required but I don’t have a self registration form set up yet. In the mean time email or PM me if you’d like to submit surveys and I’ll set you up with a user name and password.
Surveys are extremely valuable feedback for the WDFW biologists and directly lead to Better Alpine Fishing. If you submit surveys you’ll have access to a complete record of all the surveys you’ve submitted that you can call up at any time.
